Paul P.S. Lee, M.F.A./M.A.
Beside his immense passion for performing, Lee is equally committed and dedicated to the learning and nurturing of all his students. Teaching and passing down the knowledge in the art of violin playing has been a big part of Lee's life.
Lee sees every student as individually unique and gifted. Lee cherishes and value tremendously the differences in each and every student that he comes across. It is with this great appreciation and understanding that Lee tailors his teaching according to each and every individual.
Lee's training in music stems back to when he was 4 years old. He first started on the piano then eventually the violin at age 6. Often times Lee encourages students to learn the piano first because Lee believes in the benefit of capturing the fundamentals of music through the playing of the piano and have seen many of his student excel from having had a background in piano.
One of Lee's strongest attribute for which he is often commended for is his patience. Lee is always trying to understand and putting himself in the shoes of the students.
Besides teaching and performing on the violin, Lee also give lessons on the viola and piano.
Lee is blessed to be married to a very wonderful and talented wife and currently resides in San Diego County.
Please contact Lee if you are looking for violin, viola, or piano lessons, or if you are looking for musicians for your special event, wedding, party, concerts, or recording. Or, even to simply say "hi"!
